Due to a series of miscalculations I ended up with three LGB bubble-blowing cars - 2 standard with Wizard, and one Christmas with Santa. None worked despite attempted repairs Issues included missing battery covers, missing connectors, rusted motors (due to failure to remove ALL bubble solution after use - d'oh).
I thought they were all destined for the tip BUT grandsons are now at the age when a bit of bubble action is exciting.
So afte discussion I sent them off to Paul Lamming at P&S. He lovingly repaired, replaced motors, 3D printed missing plastic parts. Motor replacement required an extensive search as they need to have drive shafts at both ends.
So I now have three restored bubble cars, all working. Cost a secret but far below what I would have had to pay to replace, even if I could have found one.
