Yep, misleading and overpriced.
<Pedant mode on> It may well be an original LGB fitment. Also according to data sheets at least some Visaton speakers, including one of my favourites, are Chinese, see "country of origin" bottom left of this one.

It still think it really needs rephrasing - "Speaker from LGB MOGUL (20190 Series). Rare chance to aquire this original part."
 
I've made the mistake of buying an LGB part from this "lgbdude"; his descriptions are always ambiguous/misleading to some degree, and most definitely overpriced. I guess he relies on someone needing a part that is now rare to find. Avoid if possible!
 
The dude looks like he takes rolling stock apart to get parts on the Bay. The dude is definitely overpriced, but does have parts no one else had.
