It also says in the listing that it is not powered.

The Bachmann open tram at GBP 31 is a better deal tho!

Well at least it was a Hospice that got lucky (is it a collectors item if twined with a power car to make up a rare set?)

I do tend to bid a bit higer if it is for a genune charity I was looking at this but lost interest after £40 ! PS my spell check's gone pfut!

I wasnt the bloke outbid at £200 by the clever clogs who went for the extra penny and won it! I did have a bid on it, but gave up at £55. In the old days of Ebay you could send a losing bidder a PM asking if they wanted another one that you juust happen to have and get a sale outside Ebay....but they have very selfishly stopped this enterprise, saying it was to keep the bidders confidential. I could part with a few trailers at £200 each if anyone is interested.

I have had a good look at this, it would appear to me to be a TRAILER only, not a power car. Buyer beware and check this out with the sellers. At £200 I think it is a bit rich.

hmmmm yes..... Look Ebay has phenominal bargains at times, I recently bought a brand new generator for AU$307 delivered, exactly the same in the shops ranged from $999 to $1245.... but you have to be aware before venturing into Ebay.... For example do not enter into bidding wars but rather set your price and try to put your bid in at the last minute ( litterally) if bidding has not gone over your limit... There are some real sleazy types selling too schill bidding is rife and Ebay don't seem to concerned about it as long as their skim flows...
Never ceases to amaze me why someone would bid more than the "buy it now" price in the auctions, but they do...
Someone obviously wanted this LGB trailer....
 
Made in the 70's or 80's, not rare and not worth that much. When new the trailer was about £65-£70 in late 70's Alyn
