Evening all!

I've got an LGB Mogul I've had for getting on 20 years, now, but it's not had a lot of use. It's always been a great runner until this weekend. I checked the pickup skates and one had a spring missing so an easy fix I thought. However, after changing them out for new, it won't run.
My question, does anyone know where one can obtain exploded diagrams for LGB locos particularly this one (21181), I ask because on closer examination I cant seem to see what the green wire from the chassis does. The 'rod' it connects to doesn't appear to terminate against anything, and I'm a tad bit concerned now that a vital component has dropped out, while changing the pickups.

Green wire into the 'block is a motor wire..
The pin should have one of the contacts from the motor against it..

The motor goes in from the top of the 'block, so it is not easy to see where these connections are, unless you drop the 'block and have the top off..
