Hello all,

Does anyone know where I can get hold of replace.German Harz-style number plate sets for the LGB Harzbulle 2-10-2 locomotive?

I would like to re-number my model and any help you could provide in pointing me in the right direction would be gratefully received.
 
Just looking at the loco online, Is the current number plate raised letters or just a decal on a raised plate ? if its the latter then you should be able to create a new outdoor grade decal to place over the old one.

Guessing Its would use a standard Germanic transport font like Bahnschrift or DIN,
 
I have used my CAD package printing on sticky paper to have a replacement over the original. That way it is easily removable to return loco to original should loco be sold. I also take this opportunity to add other things that may not be present such as the Kein Trinkeasser sign as seen on my green Trainline 45 Mallett.

Have a look at Peter Fuchs: Schilder but he is mainly Austrian.

And in the UK I had some Zillertal plates printed (very well) by Peter wood at Home
