Lgb factory fitted decoder and power buffer

Could anyone please tell me if I can fit a massoth power buffer to this or any other lgb factory fitted decoders?

Yes,
See page 7 of the Massoth Powercap Micro manual..

You just need to pickup decoder +ve and -ve.. You use the switch (supplied with decoder) to disable the buffer for decoder programming..
