Hi all,
I'm going to replace the on-board sound decoder in my 26194 with a massoth LS decoder.

My question is, can I re-use the firebox pcb with the LS. I don't need the power switch or the
potentiometer. There are 3 wires from the firebox connection?.

Also looking at the service diagram for the 26194, is there a mistake, as the firebox and potentiometer connections look reversed!

The reason for the swap is that I have 2 moguls, the factory fitted one and an old one which has a decoder interface with a MTS2 decoder in, but I can not get them to run in sync, even after hours tinkering with them, with the sprog. so i'm changing both to LS decoders.

Cheers,

Tony...
