I am selling this very nice Green Mallet (DC) and included is a LGB 65000 Steam sound unit. The sound unit comes in its original box and can be either fitted inside the loco body/cab or in a wagon behind the loco. I was never brave enough to open the loco and place it inside! Loco runs lovely and smooth in both directions. Directional lighting and cab light.....front right bulb needs replacing, other than that, all good. You will see in the pictures that there are some scratch type marks on twp of the domes. These were present when I got the loco and I have never got around to finding some replacements (they just lift off). Box in good condition with some scrape marks on the top lid of the internal polystyrene as seen in the picture.
Sound unit tested and works great. Unit already factory fitted with DCC chip if required in the future. The sound unit can be easily fitted with a LGB 65012 sound trigger , so the loco and horn can be activated via track magnets(not included)
I am asking £400 including postage (insured and tracked in UK mainland), or at cost outside the UK. Happy to meet up in Shrewsbury or Welshpool area as opposed to posting if required.....or at our next Mid Wales & Marches Group monthly meet on 19 July.
