Hello Mike.Yes, but does it have to happen every time?![]()
View attachment 213978 View attachment 213979 View attachment 213980 Thinning of my collection continues. I have for sale the above loco purchased new by me, in totally original condition and little used as it has spent most of its life in a display case. It is boxed with instructions and smoke oil bottle. The loco and box are in my opinion in excellent condition. I believe it is an original LGB loco made in Germany (I.e not Marklin). It does however have the plastic handrails which can be replaced by brass ones. Happy to send further pictures by email if you are interested. Price is £400 plus postage at cost or I will drive York/Carlisle/Edinburgh (from Newcastle Upon Tyne) to meet.
In the catalog there are two models. Both have factory fitted decoders for the then LGB system but I think it's the 20272 model that has sound. I have only ever ran it analog but it's had little use.Hello Mike.
Hello Mike.
I can see the MTS sticker on the box - does the loco have a factory-fitted decoder and has it got sound?
Regards, Graham.
