LGB 10345 comparability with MTS

Hi can anyone tell me whether the 10345 reversing/shuttle unit is compatible with MTS? Or is it only suitable for analogue set up?

Thanks. So my best option is to run a separate analogue out and back line I guess. Just need to work out how to deliver an MTS loco to it. Would an isolated piece of track do the trick?

Yes an isolated track will work....

You'd need a short section (longer than the loco) that is isolated from both the MTS controlled track and the DC controlled track, plus a DPDT (changeover) switch to connect the isolated section to either MTS or DC.
