It was a perfect afternoon for being outdoors, so I oiled the axleboxes of my rake of white metal Hudson Rugga chassis and rolled 'em around the line for a while behind the Playmobil shunter.

Oops, they do blend into the black sleepers. However, please notice the nice straight wall of the loco shed :rock:

The wagons rolled quite well ...

... although they're happy to pick LGB R3 points whose blades aren't firmly locked against the stock rail. Time I got around to fitting throw levers :oops:

I have similar problems with light weight wagons on a couple of my LGB R3 switches.

I have similar problems with light weight wagons on a couple of my LGB R3 switches.
Actually, these are fairly weighty wagons, being white metal. But the rigid frames and very short wheelbase, along with LGB's loose check gauge, make for "interesting" running over some points.
