Uhlenbrock has a nice DAISY II-DCC-Digital-Set with 14-15V output. Anyone know how to increase the output voltage to at least 22V.

Presumably this system would allow you to attach a booster to it, such as the Uhlenbrock Power 8 that has been mentioned on here before and used in G scale in this thread: https://www.gscalecentral.net/index.php?topic=260187.15. It looks to me as if that can be done via LocoNet.
Apparently the Power 8 puts out 22V to the rails and up to 7Amps.

By the way not sure why you would need 22V, as the NMRA suggested voltage for G Scale is 18V. The power output also matters and the 64300 itself apparently puts out only about 2Amps.

No need to increase amperage as LGB motors draw about 1A when starting.
I want a cheap solutions for now,dont need loconet on the Booster. Indeed the Power 8 can vary output by changing input voltage, but would need to split the track in a seconde circuit.
The Marklin-LGB locos have a label on their shell : 24V
Edit: when using the Power 8 disconnect the Centrale Station from the rails and the DCC commands are transfered to the Power 8 via Loconet?

Boosters from Heller Modelbahn only need DCC input without Xpressnet or Loconet or any other bus-system! A switch on the PSU sets the trackvoltage.

As far as I can see the Heller boosters are more expensive than the Uhlenbrock Power 8 (about Euro190vEuro134).
I don't actually see what the disadvantages/advantages are of connecting command station and booster via the track output as opposed to Loconet, both are just wires. Please could you explain?
According to the Z21 thread the Power 8 can be connected via the track output of the command station anyway.

The output voltage of the DCC CS set is to low, so via the Heller booster it can be up to 22-24V and with 190€ you also get the powersupply which the power 8 doesn't.
