Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm in San Diego, CA and have a rather unique layout built into a steep hillside.

Here's a brand new video of my 1/24th scale, In-ko-pah Railroad. I think it's my best video of the RR to date! I've tried to shoot and edit this in the style of a professional railfan video, depicting a day on the In-ko-pah Railroad. You'll see my Bachmann/BBT 4-6-0 steam locomotive and my kitbashed narrow gauge RS-3 diesel in action, along with detailed structures and the beautiful, realistic desert scenery I've created.

I'm really excited about how this video turned out! BTW, there are no "dubbed" sounds. All the locomotive sounds are produced by the Phoenix P9 sound systems installed in the locos.

Hi Ray - and welcome - enjoyed your video. Very interesting line and looks like you've manhandled tons of stone to create it! Buildings look superb and the night shots very atmospheric.

Wow, what an excellent video and railroad! Welcome to the forum too :D

Great. i love the rocks.

Hi Ray welcome to GSC. I follow your In-Ko-Pah line over on MLS. You have a fantastic view of modelling buildings.
The video is really good too.

Welcome Ray. Fantastic railroad.

Nahhhh, that's not a video...........................it's bl....n' work of art!!!!!

Truely superb................if I could shoot vids like that I wouldn't bother with railways..............if I could build railways like that I wouldn't have time to shoot the vids.

As they say in our local vernacular "Magic mar mate!":thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Oh yes, and welcome to the forum!

Welcome Ray! it's good to have another Yank here on the forum especially from the left side! If your ever up here in the Bay Area drop me a PM and we'll run some trains..................Paul..........

Fantastic stuff ! I was reminded of Nicolas Trudigans Southern Cross railway , which is just about the highest praise I could give anybody.

I thought you were an Englishman in America Paul?

After being here longer than I was in the UK I think of myself as an honorary Yank..................................

I understand. I moved into a small village 11 years ago. I am allowed to speak to residents now!

Thanks guys, I'm glad you enjoyed the video!

To have my layout compared to the Southern Cross is high praise, indeed! I've seen photos of that layout and it's a real beauty.
