If This Helps - Making You Own Decals

I've had recent cause to make my own Decals - transfers -for a couple of models - nicking ideas from the Internet, messing about with fonts - then printing out on Decal paper & 3 coats of fixatives. I attach a .pdf of my "Colmans" stickers - if anyone has use for them - as an example.

Now, can you help me? (Short of 3D printing)..is there any company in Australia who can provide white metal castings - ie axle boxes, brake gear and so on? Our "G" community is quite small - so help would be much appreciated.

Chris,

I've never used him, but this bloke might be able to help:

On the other hand, in the smaller scales Kerroby Bob has long been active in making white metal castings - http://www.barcourt.com/kerroby.htm - while he doesn't advertise doing either one offs or G scale, talking to him might get a different answer. He doesn't seem to be advertising N scale stuff and I know he does that!

He's a bit of a funny bloke in a number of ways, but I've always had good experiences both commercially and personally with him.

Finally, Peter Boorman - http://www.peterboormansworkshop.com.au/ - also casts in both whitemetal and a variety of synthetics; I know him quite well and have dealt with him many times in N, but again don't know if he would do G. Definitely worth a try though.
