How to get a USA Trains motor truck moving?

I picked up a USA Trains motor truck in person at the Charles Ro store in Malden, MA last week. (I was in the neighborhood and figured I'd save on shipping.) I am 3D printing a scale replica of the trolley from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood that I intend to place this into, so I wanted to get this motor in order to size the bottom of the 3D model of the trolley to properly fit the motor block.

However, when I put it on my DC track to test it out, nothing. It won't move. I guess I was incorrect in assuming that I could simply stick this in the bottom of a trolley and call it a day. What else do I need to get it to move? Presumably a circuit board of some kind connected to the pins on one end? What's the simplest solution?

I have used a USAT motor block in my OcCre Madrid tram. Found over time it was beneficial to clean and solder up all the internal electrical connections in the block like the brass buss bars.20210804_164727.jpg
