Morning All,

For those of you unaware Hattons occasionally list Preowned G scale stuff on their website. Content can vary - sometimes nothing for a few weeks and then suddenly loads all at once. The other day they added a fair bit which I thought I'd share as there are a few specialist LGB pieces there which are not commonly available or out of production for a few years:

There was a 99.22 class on there the other day which, having waited for a number of years, I finally decided to go for. Hope the link helps others as it did me.

Wow! Hadn’t realised my Red Mallet had appreciated in value by such a big amount. £1159 seems a tad steep IMHO, but I guess if someone wants one badly enough they’ll pay whatever is asked.

If the Bachmann GE 45 tonner is in good shape then that is not too bad a price. I got my C-19 from them - tad better price than shipping in from the good Mr Kramer, with shipping, taxes and handling added. Just had to get the "fling"Rio logo fro G Scale Grahics. Max

I would agree that the prices are generally not bargains but was just more around availability of some items (such as the SNCF Mikado, RhB Gravel Train Set).

The 'Gravel' set, seems a bargain, when you compare it to what they are asking for a Stainz!

Makes me begin to realise just how much I have tied up in 'assets' here. ;)

Wish you had not posted this, I missed one years ago at a G Scale event where I helped out on the second hand stand. Have not missed this one.

Yeah. Just about to renew my garden railway insurance so maybe I’d better hike up the collection value a bit.

Not sure if you have noticed but the default is stock added in last 7 days, if you change that to 180 days it goes from 40 to 126 items :)
