That's true Paul. But for those that have the stock its cheaper than most secondhand 45mm track.
 
Actually Cliff Barker sells it for £11.00 a yard (not metre) brand new, so it's not that much of a saving.

It is amazing that such a small manufacturer / supplier can sell track at such a decent price. His points are exquisite for the price too (£80 odd quid for the equivelant of an R5). Cost me a lot less to buy the track for my gauge 3 sidings last year than it would have for the same in 45mm.
