Spanish metre gauge in G scale (on the cheap)

A few shots taken just before the public was invited in. It was a bit of a rush to get the loco shed moved from the old location at El Boixar to the yard in Montsià, with a top-to-tail refurbishment in between - both the new tiled roof and the cobbled area around it use more cheapo bathmat! As the heat of the day increased, I watched the water crane lean over more and more as the glue had not set, so that's more remedial work to do. All in all a successful event - the first time anyone other than a few family and friends have seen the railway, and it was fun to introduce so many fellow villagers to the delights of garden railways.

Several little visitors enjoyed re-arranging this scene!
Old station at El Boixar, awaiting refurbishment of the track and platform:
Thankfully Dra. Estrecha had managed to arrange for some plants still to be in flower, though the garden is not at its best in July:

And the lucky visitors even got to see El Jefe's legs!
