Friar Mt RR

I took my little guy to the Friar Mt Model train layout in Sparta NJ. 20 minute drive from my house. Its not a hudge G scale layout but fun to watch the trains when cabin fever starts to settle in or you need to kill some time. All the buildings were scratch built and there are a lot of them. Here is a short video I made. The squeaky voice in the background is my little guy.

Very nice, and there's lots to watch - the layout seemed to gain an extra oval of rails every time I looked at it, and then at the end the cable car appeared!

A nice festive train operation - subtle and not over the top. As a layout, it has a lot of interesting details. Did the streetcar at the top work off overhead? The telegraph wires are a nice detail too. Thanks for posting.
