Fowler Diesel Radiator

Does anyone know who produces a casting for a Fowler Diesel radiator in 16mm scale? I'm almost certain I saw one on the internet once, but now I'm beginning to wonder if I imagined it having searched all the usual suppliers' websites in vain.

Any helpful suggestions gratefully received (provided they are physically possible)
