Ffestiniog & Blaenau 0-4-2 loco

I just wanted to share some photos of a Manning Wardle Ffestiniog & Blaenau loco which a fellow modeller, Philip Young, has 3D printed and constructed from scratch. If my builds were half as good as this, I'd be very happy.

He's used a Cricut cutter to produce self adhesive vinyl lining.



And it runs, too ........

Very impressed with the Cricut lining. Lovely job from a very interesting line that used to pass just next to a place I stayed in regularly at Blanai.

Oh, but that's sweet, isn't it? Captures a very Victorian approach to locomotive building, beautifully. I just wish it was me that'd built it.
