A really nice locomotive . I can understand not wanting to revel his secret identity. The " Borrowers " might be tempted if they knew who it belonged to.

Yes James, it's a meths burner. I understand it was an Aster pilot model that didn't go into production.

It won't ever be on e-bay that's for sure.

Hi Chris, good to see you here - please don't think it's mine !!! It was brought for a look-see by someone who had been doing a repair on it for the owner. Both island residents, and that's as far as I'm going!

It is a beaut though - almost enough to make me go G1!!!!!! It won't do R3 never mind R1......it's on an R5 curve in the photo!!
 
I would post it back to you, but while our posties here aren't on strike, the UK lot are, so it would never get there. So I'll just keep it for now........ :thumbup:

Unfortunately, it's sourjourn on the L&L was about an hour......
