Ebay Bargain?

At that price, I'll have to....or is that two.......:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

No, I can't resist, but I have noticed that both here and on Amazon, there have been some more than stupid prices, and I can only assume that somewhere there is a currency conversion software glitch.

I mean, it's way beyond flying a kite, so what's the point?

This is just an obvious mistake the seller has failed to check his listing properly I must admit that \ I done it myself more than once!

Only yesterday I was browsing some Tinplate Hornby 0 Gauge and noticed 2 similar items both similarly described one was £9.99 the other £999.00!

Of course, it could be another case like ECR, and just be a way of keeping a listing 'up' whilst not having stock to sell??

There again, perhaps I am just being to generous.. Though NOT generous enough to buy at that price!!!

Oh, wait , I've spotted the problem. The seller is in Tunstall  (says the guy from Burslem :hi:)
Whaddya mean, you dont know the five towns (of which there are six)?

Is that like fingers, in certain rural areas?:rofl:

As in Arnold Bennett. The extra finger is good for gesticulating with (a spin off)!

Right then, if you can't read a map or GPS:
Stoke
Hanley
Burslem (God's little acre)
Longton
Fenton
Tunstall

I wouldn't go spinning fingers anywhere in that region, it really is dog rough :shake: in fact a decent GPS would give you a course well clear of S-o-T :tmi:

Heavens, I forgot Bucknall and Hucknall. They are okay though, those are where my parents were born :nerd:
