and the cut-off is wound so far back that it's in permanent mid-gear. :rolf::rolf::rolf:
 
I was there when Kevin was fllming this. He plans to fit a Chuffer to it to improve the sound. We both thought it was too quiet for such big engine.

The problem with the valve gear is Accucraft can't figure out how to make a proper reversing quadrent . The " Earl/Countess " had the same problem . The only model that they have done right in the last year is the Masonbogie. We gave them lots of feedback before the model went to production to fix problems we all found. I had the Mason for a week to look it over and sent in a fix it list of things to do, and Accucraft listened .
The only thing you can do is reset the eccentric link and at least the valve motion is in the lower part of the link in forward gear then. The reverse lever is then wrong !
