Looks like a crane from a Dickies truck on an LGB wagon.

There is a prototype vehicle? The Gornergrat Bahn had a similar wagon in the sidings at Zermatt when I visited there last year....

the donor wagon i presume was a cabel drum wagon from lgb. now a very usefull wagon. all that is needed is for grandad to get a new engine to go with it.
(he says in trepidation).
