Decoder Swap

I have 2 identical loco's but they have different decoders in them and I cannot get them to run as a pair.

The 2 decoders are http://www.dragon-gscale.co.uk/massoth-8154001-emotion-l-locomotive-decoder-2239-p.asp < Link To Massoth 8154001 eMotion L Locomotive Decoder . The other is an LGB, the type that plugs streight into a decoder direct board. Both are fitted this way.

What I want to do is make them both the same, so is there anyone who would like to swap either Massoth for an LGB or LGB for Massoth.

What is the LGB decoder: 55020 or 55021? If 55020, they won't match each other as the 55020 is an older design with different performance characteristics. If it's a 55021, have you tried resetting both decoders' settings to the factory defaults and starting again from that point?

I may be able to find an LGB decoder to exchange for your Massoth L, but you'll still need to check whether your current LGB decoder is a 55020 or 55021.
