Cut Down Stainz Cab Thoughts?

Anyone got any pics of a loco with a cut down cab or a cabless loco, like a stainz?

Amoungst pile of bits got a really badly damaged cab, thinking of building a Cabless or cut down cab loco out of it

Yes.
I saw these on a small quarry layout at an exhibition in 2009

Not at home, so no access to piccy's.. Have a Otto-based 'quarry hunslet'..
Don't see why a Stainz could not make one??

Funnily enough I've been running one today. This is the first large scale loco I had, and was, of course, a Stainz.

I butchered it a few times and it's gone through a number of repaints as can be seen from the very cruel close up.

It's now suffering and I think may be rebuilt this winter into its fourth reincarnation. It will have a much better body, an up to par paint job and possibly even become a tender engine.

I have this one it is not a Stainz but kitbashed LGB 992015 I'm trying to shoehorn Batteries and R/C into it.
