All my rolling stock collection has corresponding box except my LGB 3062.
Does anyone have a box they don't want / need?
Thanks, Dave

Possibly. I'll have a look in the garage later Dave.

Mike.

Thanks Mike, I might go for that anyway if I can't find a 3062 box. It's the same passenger car. If you don't mind holding on to it for me for a while that would be great.

Also try Grootspoor in the Netherlands. He is always advertising empty boxes for sale etc.

Dave,

That is an impressive acheivement.

A lot of my stock was supplied with the original single ended couplings, but in the early 80s LGB would supply the new style boxes as 'spares'.

Over the years I have needed more and also loads for my Playmobil stuff and ended up getting some made for my by a guy called Chris Reeve who trades as Milliboxes. He mostly makes boxes for vintage '0' gauge, but the ones he makes for me are excellent. He has made one for one of my 3063s as well!

Contact details can be provided.

I've seen the boxes you've had made, James, and they are very impressive. I'd be interested in contact details, please, and some idea of price.

Gordon,

Thank you.

I will post some images tomorrow from my lap top, now that I have got over whatever it was that has stopped me from doing that.

Honestly can't recall the prices as it has been a while since my last batch. They are not cheap though, but so robust!

James
