If something that runs on tracks is the only qualification, how about this from Ascot race course:

It's a slab of turf that moves across the course on tracks, to fill in the gap of a pedestrian crossing / right of way.

I have ridden on it - not on a horse, I've stood on the turf while it was moving into place. It takes about 15 minutes.
