Very neat Ian like it

Nice work Ian....

a credit to you, and your hard work ian

Thats a fantastic transformation, much less cluttered and less stuff to distract the eye from the railway, well done :thumbup::thumbup:

Great work Ian !
Are you gong to add stations and such like too ?
I am indeed. The main station of Cogges where the Perm Way train stands (terminus) then a journey leaving this will allow a stop at a station under the vine near the alco, arriving at a smaller terminus South Leigh where the green NW2 Stands. I am going to go british outline as I have a mix of stock and this is the only allowable buildings in consultation with SWMBO.

Track layout looks great Ian  All your hard work looks to have payed off garden looks fantastic

Looks great.....
...but.... :( is this really a CONNIE out of order?????
Yes sorry my friend, I know painful for you. She stripped her gears and lost all drive. It looked like a complicated fix so I weathered her and dumped her in the scrap siding. Do not fear we love her very much. She has been out I think 4 winters now and in all sun and snow. My son's hit her tender with a football so she is not well. However when I run track power even today her motor whines happily and her light comes on like a sad dog, but she does not move. Sorry Frank.

Wow! That looks really good. I really like the flowing lines into the yard at the top, really really nice. Well done.

That curved point really looks the biz. Very nicely done sir

Quite the renaissance. I can understand why your were so exctied to post pics.
Love the string of WP&Y locos, and, your yards looks great.

The entire garden, with trains, looks orderly and relaxing, good use (and non use) of space.
The trains do not over power or dominate, which is the type of arrangement i like best.

For your hard work, and my two cents, i think you should reward yourself with a couple of small or medium buildings, to add interest and life, or 'punctutation". Perhaps one in the yard area and one along the side, lighted, and with just a hint of some smaller detail items, such as a lamp post, small platform, luggage or freight and a figure or two.

well done!

Really shows all the hard work you put in, a great transformation.

Excellent job, Ian - with plenty of potential for easy redesign any time the mood takes you.
Wish I could do something similar, but I'm going to have to keep areas of ballast/gravel to a minimum because the dogs will simply play JCBs in them.... :@

Jon.
