Here are the factory diagrams with directions.Does anyone know how to get the cab off a Bachmann Spectrum Porter?. The 1:20.3 one. I don't really want to unscrew everything to find out.
I can see the cab clips on at the back but the front part is firm.

Thanks for that. It looks like I need to go all the way to get the cab off separately. I might just do the mods without doing so. I'm about to do a wood veneer job on the cab. I'll post some before and after shots when I'm done. The veneer is coming from China so it will take a while. 
One thing I noticed was that there are factory chuffer contacts on the front axle. No sound installation though.
