Aster Mikado run

My son and i got the steamers out today - ithey went like the Rocket with plenty of plume

Used the Aster on the freight and the Accucraft light engine. Of the two the Aster wins hands down for operating - the meths is so much easier to manage than the gas - and so much quieter. Like both locomotives.

We lived in the US for a few years , near USA Trains, and I persuaded SHMBO that it would be so much cheaper to buy the track in the US rather than back in the UK. She agreed and so I ordered quite a lot!!! That was in 2004 - expect i would have to pay twice as much in UK now.

Hi Tac

I cannot remember the messages now but it told me I needed to download updated whatevers to run the video which did not seem to work - that was with Safari.
Over here (UK) for couple of days and using old laptop to access with internet exp it all ran fine straight off.

PS I might start a thread about the Accucrat Garrett, had mine nearly 2 years now and still not lit the gas, need a few tips I suspect to avoid pit falls. I seem to recall you posting some info on MLS a while ago!
