Article in November 2023 Garden Rail magazine

I have some stl files from the Garden Rail November 2023 issue (got them from the RMWeb Forum) but do not have the article, unfortunately for me my subscription started in December 2023 (Christmas present).

I was wondering if anyone has a copy of that issue and you could perhaps copy the article and send it to me so I have a description of how they were built.
Dave Skertchley was the author and designer of the stle files that he is sharing free for personal use.

It was about 3D printed signals
This where I got the stl files but I would like some idea of how they were put together and attached to the points. (instructions on November 2023's Garden Rail magazine)

I have reached out to Dave, he keeps himself quite private, despite being on so-shall mee-ja..
I have another source, and will have the physical magazine 'somewhere' here.. But have moved, am still in chaos. - I have found Garden Rail 2012, though!
