Apache Junction: Pictures

Well with the onset of good weather, (30 degree's Celsius plus at last), the management and staff at Apache Junction have now laid 1/2 the track on the Line.

Work has been progressing steadily but yesterday saw the last of the major issues sorted and
track now down and locked in.

A few minor getting the track level to finalise but nothing major.
Hate seeing rolling stock leaning over from left to right as it rolls along

264 feet of track laid 267 to go.

Also received the new road numbers for the locomotive's and "Apache Junction" plaques to go on the side of the Carriages.

The yard is a bit devoid of Greenery at the moment but that will come with time and heaps of shade.

Bought the last 4 points I need, now just the rest of the track to by and stage 2 can commence.
Half down - Half to go.....

Most of the names for the various Towns/ Industries etc have been selected and will show on the track plan which I will post next. Makes it easier to see what's where and how the layout will finally look like.
Would have posted it earlier but my scanner is not working properly as yet.
