Anyone dealt with SandJmodels on eBay?

I wondered if anyone has had a similar experience to me with the eBay shop SandJmodels? Last week (3/3/11) this trader had around half a dozen or so G-Scale items due to end within an hour or so of each other. A couple of these I thought I'd bid on, when I tried to do this, I had a "your bid has been blocked" message. Now I've been using eBay for quite a while & I have a 100% positive feedback score, but I've not seen this before; strange methinks, lets try another item, & what do you know, same result! Out of curiosity, I attempted to bid on all of the items, all with the same result. Further investigation revealed the same few names cropping up as 'auction winners'. Now call me cynical, but this strikes as a closed auction to me? I've mailed eBay about this, & they essentially say there's nothing wrong with it, & have I tried emailing the seller to find out why I had been blocked.
Well yes, I have mailed the seller, & (surprise surprise) I've had no reply. Just wondered if anyone has had similar experiences with this seller or any others?

I bid on several of these items and had no problems whatsoever. In fact I have won one of the lots & am awaiting delivery.
I have not bought anything from SandJ before so cannot be considered as favoured in any way.

It is possible that the seller has a block on bidders that dont meet some or all of the following
[*]Are registered in countries to which you don't post to [*]Have a feedback score of -1,-2,-3 or lower [*]Have received 2 Unpaid Item strikes in the last 30 days [*]Are the winning bidder on 1-100 of your items in the last 10 days. (Note: This block will apply to all buyers, regardless of their feedback score, or you can choose to only apply this block to buyers with a feedback score of 0-5 or lower.) Don't have a PayPal account

I bought several LGB pieces from them a couple of weeks ago, but at "buy it now" prices rather than auctions - I was happy with their service and with the items I bought, but as I didn't have to actually bid on them I can't comment on your particular problem. It was the first time I've used them, but I did buy about five items all in one go - so it could have been my name that you saw repeatedly crop up if you looked at their recent sales? It does sound a bit odd, not something I've ever come across with eBay purchases.

Thanks for the collective wisdom chaps, to answer a couple of points: As I mentioned, I have 100% positive feedback, so as far as I know, I've not caused anybody any problems. As far as I'm aware, I haven't dealt with S & J in the past. If it is just a misunderstanding, why does he/she not just reply to my email, it just makes it seem more sinister by ignoring the enquiry!

May be they have contacted ebay to ask why & are waiting for a reply from them.

I wasn't aware that it was possible for a bidder on Ebay to see another bidders name any more.
The other bidders appear something like - a****g in the list.

the seller can...

and the buyer can as long as it is not listed a private listing s and j have a good stocked model shop in northwich cheshire on castle only open saturdays but well woth a visit
