We had a flying visit from Netty and Billy (plus Netty's mum) yesterday. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, but we still managed to run a train.
Dave very kindly arrived (courtesy of the SVR) carrying a certain red box ......... a visiting loco from foreign shores (well, Preston) for the new season on the WGLR.
Being prepared at Gooey Depot.
Tender loco's don't often feature on the WGLR, so the breakdown train was on standby just incase. It wasn't required of course.
Ready for the off on a passenger service.
Finally, the loco gets coaled up at the end of it's run.
