In the past Ivan did do some smaller wheels that were insulated they were 24mm though, I used them on the bogies that I fitted to my Ocre Tram Trailer.

Yes, non insulated and 2 mm journals too, not 3mm/1/8". RSA4/1 - Brandbright So I would need to sleeve the bearings on my caboose journals. I say I can do it but if alt' is correct size, and Brandbright offer no extra benefits, then I go for those. I will say that IP wheels are a bit "basic" compared to the Brandbright items but they do the job. Shh, don't tell Ivan I said that :fearscream: I have swap out bogies for some of my IP "Darj'" stock, 32 & 45 mm, due to some of the lines I visit. I run 45 mm, some I visit are 16 mm scale "purists" running on 32 mm gauge. Now I am in so much trouble :D Max.
 
the 45mm option has two black sleeves which insulate the wheels as per photo. safe to run on track powered lines. maybe a set of top hats and a dab of oil. the wheels are 20mm across with a 2mm flange making the wheel 24mm.
