This locomotive would appear to be H K Porter 677 of 1884. It was once reported as preserved in a park in Cienfuegos with a diesel engine in the bunker! Your best place to start would probably be with the Kalmbach Library's Porter collection which is looked after by the NMRA. PhilHello,
