Sorry, I have no idea where to find the line drawing for that locomotive. It looks similar to the Olomana and Chloe locomotives that were former Hawaiian Sugar Cane locomotives which were saved from the scrap heap and restored in California by two friends.......they each bought one.

This locomotive would appear to be H K Porter 677 of 1884. It was once reported as preserved in a park in Cienfuegos with a diesel engine in the bunker! Your best place to start would probably be with the Kalmbach Library's Porter collection which is looked after by the NMRA. Phil

I can’t help on the line drawing but I did a repaint and slightly modified my LGB model mentioned above to represent Espartaco No1
Here’s a few pictures of it on my Cuban Sugar Mill layout ‘Inglaterra’
