Just been catching up with this thread. I remember the early posts and am delighted to see how much it has progressed - I did wonder how long it would take before you extended - very clever the way you achieved that. Great railway - interestingly done.

Cheers mate! None of it has been planned, like the loco shed to be. The other half actually, (and this is true) said do I want an engine shed because it would look really good in that corner. Bonus! I will post pictures as soon as work commences, but the order has been put in to Top Slots! (other half paying too.......)

Installation of the new points proved easier that I thought, given this section of line is set in postcrete. DSC_0034.JPGhiDSC_0035.JPGDSC_0036.JPGDSC_0039.JPG

Whilst the kitchen is getting tiled, I'm staying out of the way and doing my new shed area. Progress so far! DSC_0046.JPGDSC_0047.JPGDSC_0049.JPGDSC_0050.JPG

So the grass that you placed there is there because the cats would use the gravel as a cat box?
It would look like a small yard , with gravel and some junk/debris laying around or some work in progress on equipment..

The grass is indeed there to stop the cat using it as a toilet.
