Rough 'n' ready coupling

Having built a scratch railcar I also though it would be handy if it could pull the odd truck or flatbed.
So being the tight fist I am I needed to make something for free or very cheap.

It works quite well too on the standard PM hook.

It works quite well too on the standard PM hook.

Neat idea. With the screws left screwed out some or a little longer they would also act as a Buffer pressing on the PM Loop. Save bashing the PM Hook.

I did think of that but another problem was the couplings binding up on the PM bends. So this gives more space between the trucks and a bit of 'slack'. So far so good.
Plus the shiny chain looks cool. :)
