I plan on doing a last run tomorrow. Then I have to start to think about winter. I have decided that I am not leaving anything outside besides the track. The origional plan was to bring the track inside too but that is too much work. I have an old caboose and regular box car that are crude and not 1/29 scale. But the trucks are g scale. I am thinking about kitbashing to make a snow plow out of them. Put the battery in the snow plow and run the f unit to push it. This will coincide with my palm tree which I plan on bringing inside over the next 2 days. So will get rid of the snow plow and bring rolling stock out April 1 ish 2023. Which about the same time I bring the palm out. Just bought a new g scale coupler to put on the snow plow. So I think I am ready to make the plow.

So I had this caboose kicking around outside as an ormament next to my fish pond for around 17 years....Outside year round and thrown around and used as a dog toy. Well seeing as my engine and rolling stock are safely tucked away inside. Away from our climate and dog. I can restore it and convert it to a snowplow and have my f unit push it. The amount if snow can be regulated with a simple broom. It won't be able to.push much with wet from snow on tracks. Climbing grades and only having one of 2 engines in operation.

I spent the first 12 years of my life living in Montreal. It was a great city before the separatists ruined it. It even had the world's biggest airport that they had to shut down. I do not speak French and she does not understand it. But she loves pasta. :)

Getting there...I still need a front and side plows and put my new knuckle couplers on. Could be better in scale but oh well.

It is so weathered the wheels are fused. Just got them undone.
