LGB Loco Auxiliary Power

I have several LGB locomotives all with what appears to be an Auxiliary Power 'dummy' socket situated at the rear.

Does this 'blank' come off to reveal the 'pins' and if so, how?

You will see from my photo two Stainz engines, one showing the socket, the other showing a 'dummy' socket.

Anyone able to advise?

Small screwdriver under the tab on the bottom of the cover should do it?

I think these covers just push in place....

Just tried that and hey presto, it just pulls out (with a little persuasion!).
