Hello all. Been awhile since I have been active in the forum. Today I purchased a LGB ready to run train set 72310, circus train. This engine 2-4-0 varys from my Stainz 0-4-0. The engine appears to have a fancy plug on the back of it to connect a ribbon cable to a sound tender. My tender has a matching plug, belive no sound module is present in it thou. How difficult would it be to add a sound module into the tender and purchase a cable to make it functonal? Anyone know the part number for the sound module? Also the cable.
I purchased the set for $100 US so it not possible to make with sound or too costs proventative, not a huge deal. Am a little concerned the engine will not like my R1 curvers due to the front pilot. Any assistance greatly apprecated. One plus, the tender has metal wheels. Not sure if came from the factory that way.
