I wouldn't park it there for too long, Giz - you don't want the Chopper Boys in the Apaches thinking it's their new gunnery target.... :D:D:D

Bet you thought I was going to comment on the Dinky-ness of your Winky! ;)

For our American friends, we remember 9/11.

One of my 9/11 memories, was one time when we were in Denver. Of course, being on holiday, or vacation, as they say, is that you often lose track of time and dates. Came across the old No.1 Firehouse, so we popped in for a visit. Saw a strange thing, a twisted piece of burnt structral steel, and commented that that must have come from the Twin Towers... then I read the caption, indeed it was. After an absorbing visit, we left the building, then slowly realise that all the flags were at half mast. Then the date finally dawned on me.

I actually took this shot for a railfan friend of mine who was a Fire Chief, who at one time served in New York at the UN in a firefighting advisory capacity.

It's safer than anywhere in our compound Jon!

Training targets tend to be in very remote places, like the Arizona Dessert....

That looks a bit lonely there Gizzy, they haven't all sneak8off in the night without telling you have they?
I didn't want the bigger uglier vans in the way of my photo Paul!

I'd actually moved it forwards so that the mower man could cut the grass....
