Any suggestions where DHL or UPS delivery trucks can be purchased? Not having luck finding in G scale

Try searching 1:24 instead of G scale.

I Googled it, saw something, but didn't actually check that the models shown were 1:24

They're usually overpriced on a particular auction site, but sometimes they come up cheaper.

Yeah, 1:16 is pretty massive up against LGB's 1:22.5 ish. 1:18 diecast vehicles look large, but.

The Playmobil van is probably a far better bet >:)>:)

I don't know how easy they will be to find but try searching EMEK, a Finnish company making 1/25 scale truck models including . . .

Note that the artic has a choice of tractor units. I think the 6-wheeler comes with different cabs too.

Good luck hunting

All the best

Some Dickies vehicles from toy shops look the part. I have a Ford Transit van and a Mercedes Atego lorry.

I also have 3 MAN tipper trucks and a Unimog.

EMEK ( I think from memory) made some nice 1:24 lorries but I don't believe they are in production anymore. I have a Scania truck with rear mounted Hiab crane that I got from a mate here in Cambridge....
