Was there a point to that post/comment?
Unfortunately, even if there hadn't been a point to the comment, most of us Brits love Mr Bean - so a clip rarely goes amiss :):)

All beginning to take shape nicely but not too sure about that Engine Shed at the end of the raised line platform. Think that one or two of those Roofs in the lower picture would work better.
Jon, the shed is only there temporarily, it will move to a new home on the proposed extension. I will try your suggestion re the roofs.

The old Nissen hut is starting to look a tad rusty:-

I used a different technique this time.
First, I sprayed the roof with Halfords Adhesion Promoter.
Second, whilst still tacky I shook iron dust onto Adhesion Promoter.
Third, I set the hut aside for 24 hours.
Fourth, I dripped Liquid Gun Blue which is a mixture of Selenious acid, Nitric acid and Phosphoric acid onto the iron dust.
The gun blue started to react with the iron dust almost immediately.
Fifth, after three hours I washed the gun blue residue off the building.
I’m rather pleased with the results.

Certainly appears to work much quicker than the former so called Casey method with vinegar. Great stuff, now where can I get some of that Gun Blue in the nits, must have a chat with some of the guys that regularly go out shooting innocent wildlife.

I had run out of vinegar and white glue, so I thought I would try something different. I’ve had the bottle of gun blue for years, so thinking out of the box I decided to give it a try.

Most of the continental buildings have been removed and replaced by British buildings. A few more buildings have been moved around:-

Yes he just needs a few tracks more in front to make the scene complete, perhaps a few loops?

Looking good Paul, I hope that relaid curve hasn't been causing too much trouble. That lovely Roundhouse and Accucraft stock certainly look a lot more at home with the new buildings, they've made quite the difference.

When you're happy to start accepting volunteers again drop me a message, happy to lend a few hours to the cause :)
