I have eight of these ‘axle bearings’ in white metal.
I want to buy more but I cannot find them online as I don’t know how they’re called in English...
And who made/makes these?

Try searching for 'axle boxes' and 'W irons' Henri. - Sorry, I can not help with the specific source. :(

Axle boxes - Henri

Are they Gauge 1?

if so, have a look at G1MRA website - there are quite a lot of suppliers on the list, but only one or two that may be of help.

I think that they, in some cases, are called "Pedestals" OZARK Miniatures" may still have them, although not quite the same design.

They're about G scale, so around 1/22,5
These are also known as Axleguards, think that they may be by 10mm. Had a heck of a job finding the site cos they do not come up by searching 10mm. They need to resolve that somehow. Anyway this is the link, not sure if they still do those any more as they look to be White Metal to me.
