Pic of the Day 27.02.20

A refurbished 10 ton tank wagon in the museum building at the Buckingham Railway Centre, Quainton, 17.7. 2019. The wagon has gone through a number of ownerships. Various plates attached give confusing information regarding its origins. The only thing that appears certain is that it was built in 1915

You can tell its age by the improper "Inflammable" lettering. As international "UN" lettering became standard it was relabeled "Flammable".
Inflammable really means it won't burn. Same as Nonflammable. This caused confusion between countries and carriers.
